Another First in Highgate at Seven Oaks

Being the first is always something special. The Wright brothers were the first to fly. Neil Armstrong was the first to walk on the moon. And now the Peters family are the first homeowners to move into Highgate Park, the newest community in Highgate at Seven Oaks.

When Katherine and Zack Peters were looking for a new home in which to raise their young family, they took their time deciding. They went back and forth, “Should we buy an existing home or a new home in a new community?” But the conversation always came back to Highgate at Seven Oaks. “We just couldn’t find anything that stood out the way Highgate did with all of the amenities,” said Katherine.

And their excitement is justified. They and their daughters now live in a gated, master planned, Castle & Cooke community with easy access to parks, recreational activities and the Highgate Swim & Fitness Clubhouse with its resort-style pool, spa, splash pad, tot lot playground and large central park. It’s the perfect community in which to raise a family.

Later this year an additional recreational center, the Parkshire Pool & Pavilion, will be completed and open to Highgate residents. The Parkshire Pool & Pavilion will include a second resort-style pool with lap lanes and spa, pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, a large central park and more.
