And there was plenty of that and more on hand for the Highgate Regents’ “Groovy Halloween Dinner Social.” The 1960s-themed party included a menu of Chicken Alfredo, Brussels Sprouts, Garlic Bread, and more. In addition to the delicious dinner prepared by the Regents Social Committee, Regents residents socialized, grooved to classic 60’s music, and enjoyed games and a costume contest. It was the perfect example of what life is like in Bakersfield’s premier Active Adult community.
