Cinco de Mayo means tacos, margaritas…and FUN!

Spring is a special time of year in Highgate at Seven Oaks. The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, and to top it all off, it’s time for Cinco de Mayo! This traditional Mexican holiday has become an annual celebration in the United States as well, and this year Highgate at Seven Oaks celebrated Cinco de Mayo in style! Highgate Central Park was the scene for Mexican food, games, crafts, music, margaritas, and if you were brave enough, a jalapeno eating contest. Residents of Highgate love these family-oriented events and Cinco de May is just one of many throughout the year; it’s one of the reasons people love living in Highgate. Read all about it and see the pictures of all the fun in the current issue of Greet Seven Oaks.
